Barclays PLC Credit card department,
Hi : I have a UPromise Master card which i used for a balance transfer on -/-/2016 for - USD. Upromise made the balance transfer fine and i received money to my other account. But, they made another duplicate transaction to a not valid credit card and charged me - $ for the balance transfer and - $ for the transfer fee.
