Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I made the mistake of opening a Lowes credit card and it has been a nightmare ever since. They charged me late fees on items that were NEVER PICKED UP and Lowes was notified that I was canceling the order and now they are reporting that my account is - days late? I used this card ONCE and it will NOT GO AWAY. They started me out with a $500.00 limit and because I had not noticed that the inept people at LOWES did not process a return when they should have they reduced my limit to $100.00 further damaging my credit. I do not owe late fees for a balance resulting from RETURNED items.
