I have had ongoing violatons of Regulation CC by Wells Fargo Bank. I just received a response to my earlier complaints on matter - ] and - ] Its false and a new violation just occurred.See below. The response is false and the claimed credits from Wells Fargo Bank in their response were never made. I am filing a new Complaint under Regulation CC.

Now this deposit has been collected by Wells Fargo Bank and I have a scree shot of my client - Account that the funds were collected on this check. Yet Wells Fargo and their operations manager - - have made false statements to me and stated today at - PDT that even if the funds were collected, that the bank could and would charge me for all items to come in. Once again a pretext to charge my account - of dollars of overdraft fees on funds that were actually collected. Tbis is not just a violaton of Regulation CC its fraud and is also abuse of any discretion the WFB has under CC to punish me and retaliate for my pending complaints referred to above. This is part of the same pattern and practice of fraud by Wells Fargo Bank I want Wells Fargo Bank to honor Regulation CC and refund all past and current and future overdraft fees. Note this also leaves me with no funds over the holiday period. This is the second month in a row where the bank has done this, the Bank regularly receives my - direct deposit from Social Security has no risk and has been taking an average of over 20 % of my social security deposits- this also represents fraud and elder abuse under State Law. Please see attached deposit receipt. Note there is no hold on the receipt and no hold notice. Wells Fargo Bank claims there wasa hold notice on their internal Wells Fargo Bank email. I did not receive a hold notice and did not receive even a notifcation that funds were transferred from my savings account until this morning after 2 complaints on Monday and no notice for over 2 business days. I want Wells Fargo to refund all fees. The prior complaints should remain open. These represent a pattern and practice of improper overdraft fees in violation of Reg CC. I am making a claim for loss of use the collected funds and all overdraft fees.
