Lowes consumer credit card website routinely attempts to make consumer credit card statement payments " minimal amount '' or defaults payment dates to the last day prior to becoming delinquent in an attempt to increase revenues from late payments and interest. Multiple times I have selected the " pay current balance '' button on their bill pay site only to have the next page " confirmation page '' select the " minimum payment '' amount. I believe this is intentional and an attempt to increase revenue from interest.
