CCS Companies never notified of my right to dispute the validity of the debt. They reported to - that my account was opened with them on -/-/2016. The first notice I ever got from their company was on -/-/2016 and the notice was dated -/-/2016. On -/-/2016, - was reporting a collection on my credit report, I was shocked as I knew I did n't have any ... It was for Credit Collection Services, original creditor, -.
I have previously called and disputed the debt with CCS and was told I have to pay. I called the original creditor on -/-/2016, it was discovered an error was made and the account was pulled from CCS. The original creditor informed me that the account would be removed from - within -10 business days. Additionally, I was unable to find their corporation registered with MA but will file a complaint with the MA - about this.
