U.S. Bancorp Credit Card Complaint

Other

U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,

Washington

I have negative reporting on my credit bureau. The dollar amount owed and the total amount of payments are incorrectly factored into my credit score which is bringing down my credit score substantially. I use my CC by the recommendation of US BANK and its branch managers as a substitute for my Debit card. My CC type is a - - Rewards card. They insist I use the card because I gain cash for traditional purposes - then with live cash transfers from my checking account I make payments for the full balance every - weeks. I have not paid late in - years and like clockwork I pay of all or close to the entire amount. This means I gain no interest since I pay off ALL transactions within - days prior to the - day billing period. This means less interest. The problem. They consistently show only - payment a month and constantly show I am near or over my limit. If the true calculation is used they would see all Transactions are paid within - days so this is a false reporting showing I am " on time '' with my payments but over my limit which

on the timeline to close each transaction would leave my credit score ABOVE -. This is costly to me as my interest and rates suffer significantly as my credit score is less than -. In addition to the loss of interest rates which should be applicable to me due to my stellar payment history US BANK Branch Managers Insist I continue to use my CC in the manner they suggest as it ( AS THEY STATED ) will improve my credit Standing with US BANK - this is a false statement as they too only look at current credit scores. I have called and have been given the run around for months but am now told to file a complaint. So here it is based on their recommendation.
