There are a total of - OPEN Accounts being reported with this company : 1. I have no knowledge of said debt and I would like it removed as it 's reporting to the CB ( as an OPEN account ) and negatively affecting me. 2. Although I had no knowledge of this account, since it was on my credit profile, the debt was discharged in bankruptcy. 3. This information was also shared illegally ( third party ) without my informed consent.
