To whom it may concern : On -/-/2016 I made a deposit at the - before -. When cut off for deposits is -. I got home and looked at the receipt ; it stated that the deposit will not be available until -/-/2016. I returned to the branch before -, less than an hour to question the issue. This deposit was made to cover the bills that were paid on line on Sunday -/-/2016. The customer service rep. could n't explain why the deposit would not be available until -/-/16 when it was made well before the cut off time. The only answer that he had was that the - said so. I asked to speak to the manager - - ID -. She tried to tell me that the deposit would post today but the receipt states that it would not post until -/-/2016. So she could n't explain it either I asked her to give me my check back so I could take it to the bank that it is drawn on to cash. She asked to see my card and took it to the back and came back and the only answer that she could provide


to give me access to my money is criminal. I am sure that if the average American Citizen would take someone 's check and refuse to return it or open or closed account s without the citizen 's permission - identity theft ) that they would be charged criminal. I think that this situation should be treated the same. - - Sandi - Patel became very rude and irritate and threaten to close my accounts without my permission and refuse to take my cash deposit because I questioned her not knowing why the system would process transactions that were done over the weekend when she had just told me that they do not process transactions that were done over the weekend and why they were holding my deposit until tomorrow that was deposit before the cut off time today. I asked her why did she threaten to close my accounts. She stated " BECAUSE SHE CAN ''. This is the type of customer service and appreciation that Wells Fargo allows the manager/vice president give to a customer of over -. I can assure you that if they allow this this type of arrogance from this individual they would allow her to commit fraud by opening fraudulent accounts and credit cards to make quotas. I think that she and the branch should be investigated very closely. If she would threaten to close customer 's - accounts without the customer 's permission and make a statement " BECAUSE SHE CAN '' then I can assure you that she would open fraudulent accounts to make quotas. She would also encourage, force and turn a - eye to other employees under her to do the same. - - Patel thinks that she is above the law. She is even fraudulent in her name. Why does - use an alias in her practice of business as Wells Fargo Manager/ Vice President? I filed a complaint on -/-/2016 with Wells Fargo customer service rep. - at -. He assured me that would receive a call back from -. As of today -/-/2016 I have n't heard anything from anyone at Wells Fargo. This is a sign to me that they approve of this type of treatment from their employees. Wells Fargo has a reputation of defrauding and scamming their customers. The scam of processing withdraws that were made on the weekend the first thing Monday morning and holding deposits that are deposit before cutoff on Monday for their gain of charging overdraft fees until Tuesday This is just another example of their fraudulent practices that I think that you should look into.
