Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Have an account in collections. I have informed them multiple times that they are calling a prepaid phone that costs me - to use and that it 's inconvenient for me to receive calls because of this. Receiving calls up to 8 times a day despite this. In my state, FDCPA applies to both original and third party collectors.
