i have had work done to my house ( - ) replaced well fargo property loss dept. has refused to remit the insurance check promptly. the check was issued from insurance co. - wells fargo say the sent it to me regular mail. - then - the problem is the check has been receieved and now the contractor is threatening to remove unit and file a lien against the property. this is a pattern of deception that is illegal.the property loss department is purposely causing this problem
