American Express denied my credit application based on previous cancelled accounts that were cancelled due to a prior bankruptcy in 2000. Bankruptcy is allowed under the Consumer Credit Protection Act and American Express is being discriminatory by denying my application under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act based on my exercise of the Bankruptcy right in 2000.
