In - 2016, a check was sent to Lend Up ( dba Flurish , Inc. ) to pay off my installment loan taken out in - 2016. The check was for approx $300.00 more than was owed. Since then, I 've waited patiently for the refund of the overpayment. I have emailed their help desk and received canned responses with no concrete info given on the whereabouts of my refund. I 've also called twice and spoke to a manager who said within the next week, I 'd be receiving an email asking to have my address confirmed so they can make a check within the next 60 days. No email was ever received. That was 3 weeks ago.
