Closing/Cancelling account Massachusetts
I have been a long time Fidelity Investment customer. I have used their Fidelity credit Card which - rewards. This year they moved platform and issuers. The transition has been a horrible experience. I have never missed a payment have 700+ credit. When the moved issuers to Elan. I have not been able to pay due to an ineffective website. To called to cancel my card twice and also sent a complaint through the investment portal. My card has not been canceled not has Fidelity responded to my complaint.
