I would like to have Bank of America return the $1000.00 early payoff fee that they charged my husband and I when we refinanced with another bank and closed out the HELOC loan with Bank of America on -/-/2016. We have had numerous calls with the branch manager and with the resolution department and have not had a logical response for the charge.
