Closing/Cancelling account Washington

Synchrony bank the owner of my Amazon store card closed my credit card account without my authorization due to Synchrony 's failure to resubmit payment requests to my secure online bank account. They initially took the payment before I agreed with them on a time to take the payment. Three days later, when the payment was supposed to have been taken there would have been money in the personal bank account the credit card company was requesting the payment from. They tried to take the payment three more times before the scheduled payment date. As a result, my bank refused payment because the money was not yet in the account. Two weeks ago they closed the account and cancelled all services due to an issue caused by their attempting to take a scheduled payment too soon. I have explained to them, that if they want their money they will either have to send the balance to collections, or reopen my credit card account. I have cancelled all payment sources on this account until this bank error can be resolved by Synchrony bank. I will not pay them any more of the balance until they reopen my account, or send it


I have made a good faith effort attempt to contact them, with my concerns to resolve this debt. If I do not hear from them in the next 48 hours with some possible negotiations on this balance, my previous statements made here will stand. If Amazon.com has any concerns about their credit card vendors, I am happy to speak with them, and to offer alternative vendor suggestions for synchrony bank. This is an unacceptable treatment of limited income customers by Synchrony bank, and may actually qualify as predatory lending. If this is the case then Synchrony Bank has violated federal law with regards to Predatory lending policies. Sincerely, - -
