On -/-/2016, I filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection, which any and all debts were included. A copy of my discharge was sent to all credit bureaus on -/-/2016. On -/-/2016, I applied for a loan and was given a rejection with Corelogic/Teletrack listed as a data furnisher, a data furnishing company I had never heard of before. Under the U.S. Bankruptcy code, all debts incurred prior to filing are considered discharged regardless if remembered or not. To the best of my ability, all debts were listed and they were all successfully discharged. Whoever Corelogic is, whatever files they have on me, and whatever kind of nefarious practice they are running are concerning to me. The case number for my bankruptcy, which was filed and discharged successfully in the - of Indiana, is - - identification has been uploaded.
