Amex Credit card department,
I received a letter from the American Express that one of my card is being converted to dissimilar card forcefully. I contacted regular customer service, but they were no help. I contacted American Express Executive Office by phone at -. I was told to submit my concern either by Fax or e-mail at -, which I did by e-mail on -/-/2016. Since I have not received any acknowledgement from the American Express, so I called the - again. The lady told me that she could n't help because she did not have any information.
