Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Alabama

My name is - and I am a victim of Identity Theft. The thief made various fraudulent transactions or opened a fraudulent account with Barclays in my name. In accordance with section - - - - of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, - U.S.C. - ( - -, I am requesting Barclay 's provide me copies of all business records relating to the account. This includes application records or screen prints of internet/phone applications, statements, invoices, and the full accounting history showing how the alleged amount was calculated.The federal law directs that they provide these documents at no charge, and without requiring a subpoena, within - - - - days of their receipt of this request. I am submitting this through the - so it is on record as when I sent then, that Barclay 's received it and are aware of what I requested. Additionally, I am writing to dispute certain information reported about me to the credit reporting agencies ( CRAs ). I have enclosed a copy of my FTC Identity Theft Affidavit and police report.
