Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Texas

I disputed - inquiries that were not mine. I had never applied for credit, insurance, employment with any of these companies and had no business dealing with any of these companies. Equifax refused to investigate simply stating they are factual records and to contact the companies who pulled my reports without consent. NONE of the - companies would respond to me. Equifax had a duty under Federal law to investigate, yet failed to do so placing the burden on me.
