We took out loan # -with Wells Fargo for a boiler -/-/- and financed $ --9.0 % ( paying $ - ). Then we did loan # - for air conditioner -/-/- financing $4000.00 at - equal payments at 0 % ( paying $ - ). These work out correctly as per loans. ( paying $150.00 ) I am assuming as their bills do not specify how money has been applied. Then in - - we financed a hot water tank for $2300.00 @ 0 % for 18 mths. Our next payment from them was $230.00. The payment should of been $280.00 to cover the difference. We wanted to make sure that this was paid off in the 18 mths to avoid them billing us for all of the interest if loan was not paid off in time. I called and talked to a woman ( did not get name ) and after a long discussion about amount I finally got her to say that she would correct the problem and pay the $280.00 and correct amount would be applied to each loan. The following month the bill came and it was again $230.00. So I called and talked to

He then gave me the name of a resolution dept. person, - - - - ext - ). Said she would be contacting us within 10 days and gave us a case # -. Said we could contact her even earlier. We have tried calling and leaving messages several times and have not gotten any response. So called the consumer protection agency today and was told to file this.
