Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine California

My wallet was stolen in -/-/--/-/- and a collection bill for - - -, an auto loan from - - -, and a - - - - installment loan are now showing to be in collections on my credit report and I have disputed this directly with the credit bureaus but I have had no success in having these items removed from my report. I am requesting that a further investigation into these claims against me be looked into again by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to protect my rights as a borrower and to exercise my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
