M & t bank has been charging me overdraft fees - i have done the math where the deposits an credits only equal - there math says that it is -. There math is wrong an shaky also i was sent a letter about a substitute check policy where u can claim a refund for a returned check i did the legwork sent the letter to the - new york office i got a letter today that is untruthful.
