Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
GAP 's credit card company opened a collections claim against me and put it on my credit report. I have contacted them, and they removed the late fee on my account and I have sense made payment on my account. The delayed payment was an actual mistake the $75.00 taken from my account was on a closed account and I contacted Gap Credit representative and told them about it and made a payment of $75.00 soon after. Additionally, the company decided to lower my credit from $1200.00 to $250.00 without any warning for no reason at all, this impacted my credit score drastically. The new management of Gap Credit Card needs to do better, they have made poor decisions and it has negatively impacted my credit. I would like them to remove the delinquent payment of my credit report with FICO, -, and -. I would like them to restore my credit limit to $1200.00 without negatively charging on my account.
