Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Florida

I was denied credit for a vehicle, the reporting agencies were - and a reporting agency that I have never heard of, which is Sagestream , llc - CA -. Phone number -. My credit score with - was 618, compare to 551 with Sagestream. I have tried several times to contact them by phone to get a copy of what they are reporting on my report and was not successful. With the other credit reporting agencies that have been around for a while they have a automated service to get my information, but with Sagestream they will only respond with the mail and several copies of all kind of personal information. Why are they different from the other reporting agencies and make it very hard for me to get information that they are reporting on me as a consumer, that does not seem far to me, and it is already upsetting to be denied and then fight for information about yourself too. I would like to file a formal complaint on Sagestream, because - has set the standard on how someone can get a copy of their credit report and someone I do n't know can come in and change the standard.
