On -/-/- I sent the notice below to - : I have received a notification from the credit reporting agencies of a collection account related to fees associated with the apartment inspection I rented between -/-/- and -/-/-. The letter you sent related to the inspection stated that we had 30 days to respond your request ; we reached out to you via phone several times and were told that somebody from your office would contact us to go over items we were disputing. We never received a call from your office, even after follow up calls. I would like to get this matter settle and the collection item remove from the reporting agencies while avoiding legal procedures. If I do n't hear your office within 30 days from -/-/-, I will file the necessary court documents to dispute the charges and have my credit report clean. You ( - ) will be responsible for any legal fees including, but not limited to court filing documents and attorney expenses should I hire one to represent me.
