Citibank Prepaid card department,
I received a prepaid debit card from Citi bank as a reward from - - -. I have tried using the debit card and was unable to verify my balance for an extensive amount of time. When finally getting the card reactivated I was informed that I incurred service fees on the account while it was deactivated.
