I went to a civilian hospital ( - - - Hospital ) in -, OK and had to go to the hospital. - at - - Hospital ( - -, OK ) ) took care of my bill but the - - - Hospital attempting charge me fraudulent charges. Their false claim has negatively affected my credit score and I respectfully request that this incorrect information be promptly removed from my credit score. Thank you.
