Amex Credit card department,
I was a signer on a corporate credit card, ( American Express ), for a company that I worked for, however, I never signed or accepted any kind of personal guarantee. The company became insolvent and was dissolved by the state trustee. I have explained this to American Express and they refuse to remove this record from my personal credit. I have asked them to provide proof of the guarantor, which they have refused to provide. This incorrect reporting has cost me time, money and has negatively affected my profile for years.
