Equifax Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Georgia
Exquifax falsely states that they investigated a dispute regarding delinquent accounts and public record reference # - and # -. They stated that they contacted the Courts to validate and verify the info. They lied. I have contacted Clerk of Court with the United States Bankruptcy Court of - - of Georgia and - - - Court and they have stated that they have not and have never spoken or corresponded with E-QUIFA- at all .They then sent a letter stating that they verified accounts with third party. However they refuse to disclose with whom it is and when they verified it. They are blatantly in violation of the law.I want the name of the third party, who they spoke with and I want it deleted from my report as well as the accounts that are included in the bankruptcy. These accounts need to be removed. I had no clue these items and inquires were being reported on my Credit Report until I tried to apply for a apartment. I have not tried to apply for anything until now. Equifax has been reporting negative inaccurate information in my credit file. I thought upon doing further research that I could reach
provided due to false information reported on my credit report. I have also asked them to remove inquiries that are not mine permanently. They stated that the information was verified and it belongs to me which I ca n't understand because if they have verification then why have n't they sent me copies of it? I have ask for a investigation and documentation in a timely manner. I have called, emailed, mailed and faxed. And still being ignored with no verification or documentation. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, If the consumer disputes anything and it ca n't be verified within 30 days, Then it must be removed. I did not authorize anyone employed with these companies to view my credit reports. The letters they have sent to me claim to have 'verified ' this information '', but this is in fact not true under law. It has been past 45 days and nothing. Now I will be pursuing legal action against Equifax as well as anyone on my credit report with false inquiries for causing me damages such as denial of credit, denial of renting and increased insurance premiums.I should not have to be play a detective and to try to track people down and figure out where these false thing on my credit report came from.I can not even rent or buy a house right now if I wanted to. I have provided more than sufficient evidence to get these false inquires and names and addresses removed. Such as a copy of my State Issued Id and Social Security Card verifying my address. Since then not only have they not added my correct information to my credit report per my request but they added - more inquires as if I gave someone permission to do so.I have filed this complaint with Equifax in hopes of them actually being an company with integrity and reporting accurately. This will proceed in court until I have successfully proven to a judge that this false information must be removed from my credit file. This is my last resort and I 'm seeking monetary relief for : 1 ) Defamation 2 ) Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud 3 ) Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It is not right to brush people off and effect there lives in such a detrimental way.
