Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Texas

On - -, 2016, my husband and I were informed by a leasing agent in - - that incorrect information CoreLogic provided to the owners of the complex resulted in the rejection of our rental application. The cost of this application was $250.00. CoreLogic falsely disseminated information stating that I have - - - - criminal charges/convictions against me, according to the leasing agent and their consumer relations ' employee. This is completely incorrect. Nothing other than a negligent failure to perform due diligence on the veracity of the information being provided to consumers ' current and potential employers, creditors, landlords and others can explain such incorrect information. I encourage - nay, urge - you to begin immediate investigation of this company to ensure it is n't ruining others ' lives.
