Encore Capital Group Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Hawaii

I am a victim of identity theft and credit card fraud. The account from - - for $1200.00 back in 2008 was not opened by me. Also, the account with MIDLAND FUNDING MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT INC for - in the amount of $2200.00 was confirmed by the creditor that they closed this account, no longer collecting ( pls see attached letter ) and notified -, - and - to DELETE this account on my credit report. It has been 3 months since then and it is still in my credit report. I want it DELETED.
