I was issued a SYNCB/SAMS CLUB DUAL CARD # - on -/-/-. On that day I charged $140.00 on that card. I never received a bill from SYNC/SAMS. The first letter I received with my balance and interest and fees was from -. My bill at that time ( early -/-/- ) was $170.00. I immediately visited the customer service department at - 's in -, Ohio to complain about the process stated above and the new balance. Although the agent from Sam 's made several attempts to permit me to pay my bill without fees, she was unsuccessful. She informed me that the reason I never received a bill was that SYNCB did not include my suite number on the bills, and the post office returned the bills to them. Subsequently I had conversations with representatives from - offering to merely pay my original $140.00 and none were able to accept my offer. I informed them that my offer seemed reasonable under the circumstances, and I would write a check immediately if my offer was approved. In the spring I attempted to purchase a dishwasher and was denied credit. This is the first time in my life I have


about 5 times in the past 45 years. I finally spoke to an agent at - who thought my offer to pay $140.00 was most reasonable, and I mailed a check to them for that amount. I have a letter from them dated -/-/- stating that my account has been settled. However my monthly - statement has a credit report that indicates that my credit continues to be in the poor range ( some lenders may issue credit ). I am looking for resolution from SYNCB/SAMS CLUB DUAL CARD. I am asking that they not only request that my delinquency be removed as an adverse account from all credit reporting agencies and that they also contact - and ask them to do likewise. I hope that satisfying these requests will restore my credit to previous levels entitling me not only to credit but to the best interest rates available.
