Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Texas

I purchased some shop equipment from a company and never received anything in over a month so I disputed the charges on my card. They have not reversed the charges or credited my card yet. They keep saying they are investigating and it takes 60 days. I can not purchase new equipment because they have not reversed the fruadulant charge.
