Amex Credit card department,
Went to buy my son a car for his - Birthday and they told me I had a - score when I knew I had a - score. Beknownst to me American Express had reported an account that was not one of my personal American Express accounts ( see attached ). Therefore I immediately contacted the credit bureaus and disputed this bogus - delinquent/ in collection/ charged off, reported account. Then American Express responded to the credit bureaus dispute ... that not only that this - account was accurately being reported but added another derogatory - delinquent/ in collection/ charged off, reported account. -, I 've had personal accounts with American Express since - and NEVER been late with them let alone not paid them. Therefore please look at these - accounts and how they are being reported. The obvious issues are as follows : # 1 = opening dates - - and - -, Lastly : # 2 = First reported dates - - and - -. So, for 10 and 8 years I 've never known or been reported to having these - accounts, hmmmm????, enough said. PLEASE HELP! *This last week ... NEVER hearing from American Express about these - bogus debts beside their reporting to my credit I received the " attached '' collection notice regarding that first - derogatory account and again, " I 've never heard from American Express '' about these - bogus accounts. I 'm truly perplexed especially because I have so much personal positive history with my legit accounts.
