This has to do with - collection agencies. Diversified, -, and -. They are all telling me that I have not paid debt in full. I do have Bank proof that I have made all of my payments. On - I called Diversified several times to resolve this issue, and all they could do is threaten me with my Credit Report. Every time I tried to explain they again threaten me with Credit Report. I asked for - 's phone number so I could talk with them and they refused to give the number. Told me to google it. I have called - and continualy and they tell me that it has been turned into collections and I have to deal with collection agency. One other thing I was told, was NOT to keep calling them. So I told them the same thing stop calling me all the time. I also asked to speak with a supervisor and was also refused this opportunity to speak with someone in charge.
