Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I was woken up by a phone call from Synchrony bank -/-/-. I did catch the name but he was harassing me on why I have n't made a payment and I told him that I been short on funds and will try to get some out of my - plan. His response was " fine then you 'll make $1500.00 '' and I said no maybe $800.00 or less depends on what I can get out of my -. And I only owed $200.00. And he said " you will have $800.00 or else. '' Then by -/-/-, $800.00 was taken out without my permission. Left me broke and could n't pay my other bills. I tried to resolve this through them but they told me it takes 15 to 20 days to look into it. I talked to a lawyer and he said to go through my bank to reverse the transaction. And to report them the feds for harassment and fraud. He also said it does not take 15 to 20 days to look into it. It means trying to cover their -. The lawyer also said that I can sew but it 's hard if I got the money back.
