Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Ohio

I recently opened a small business account with The Huntington National Bank. I specifically asked and was told that they do not stack withdrawals ahead of deposits, Apparenty they do. I had my deposit and a check for my house payment post to my account on the same day. Huntington chose to return the check and charge me a fee then add my deposit. I had even called them the day before to make certain that this would not happen. I was told that they never do this and that there should not be a problem. When I confronted them about it I was told, " Sorry, it is what it is '' and that the check was posted to my account the day before my deposit. I repeatedly told the account manager that it was not the case and was looking at the transactions on their site to which he again reiterated that it was the day prior.
