I made an arrangement to make a payment on -/-/16. On the Friday prior, - -, I called at - MST to cancel the arrangement as I have started working with a debt consolidation company. I called during business hours and did not receive a call back even though I left a message requesting a call back AND requesting they stop payment. I gave them more than 48 hours to do so. I called - as well. I continued to call on Monday and had to leave multiple messages for a - -. I did not get a call back from her until Tuesday the -. After not having any resolution and being told I did not call Friday, I asked for a review. She said she would have compliance pull the calls. Again I went a couple days before she told me I did not have any calls on Friday. I have a record of all the calls on my cell phone bill. They charged my account which also started a domino affect of overdrafts fees. I have now left a message for their compliance department and have not received a call back regarding resolution on the account.
