Installment loan Taking out the loan or lease Florida

Per previous cases Mariner financial agree to send me the insurance forme and stated once they received the form they will updated the credit files and removed the negative information. And they have n't I request this information to be removed permanently from my credit file as I have complain with Mariner Financial.
