Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
On -/-/2016 I received resolution from CFPB against JC Penney regarding my statements not arriving at my home address. However on -/-/2016, when I received the documents from JC Penney - -, Sr. Specialist Corporate Consumer Relations office I received old statements. On -/-/2016 I phoned - and left her a message confirming my mailing address yet again, having done this already numerous times, and requesting that my statement be sent from then on to the address provided, of which she mailed the documents to as well, now I was charged a late fee for not receiving the statement again last month and now this month again still no statement received. I am sure that I have been charged yet another late fee since I did not receive a statement. I do n't feel I have to continue to request my statement be sent to me for payment. I have faithfully paid my account until this issue. I want my statements and I do n't feel it 's fair if I am charged any late fees, since JC Penney continues to refuse to send my statements despite my repeated requests to receive it and confirming mailing address. On -/-/2016 I left - yet another message advising her that I have not received my statement yet and would like to have it mailed to me, I was a bit upset and with reason. It is ridiculous that I have to request my statement repeatedly. Its so disturbing to have to remember to look for my statement when it should arrive monthly.
