I received correspondence from this company dated -/-/-. I spoke with a representative when I received phone calls. I explained to the representative that this debt was paid with another company that had validated the debt. I asked for validation of the debt. However, no information was received. I mailed a letter to the company on -/-/- disputing the debt and also requested validation of the debt. I received no information. I resent the letter on -/-/-. No response was received from the company. I called on -/-/-. A representative told me that she would get her manager to investigate. I still received no follow-up. I called again on -/-/-. At this time, I requested to speak to a manager but was told that no one was available. I then asked for a manager to give me a call back. I received no phone call. I now see that this account was reported to - on -/-/- with a balance of $660.00. I am reporting Debt Recovery Systems for noncompliance and requesting that this debt be removed from my credit reports with -
