A month ago, I disputed the items on the following attachments off of my Early Warning Systems Report. I have not received any confirmation of receipt, no investigation results, or anything. I called them and they said that they have no record of my dispute. Attached is the final letter that I sent them today. I will be filing suit in court 30 days from todays date if these items are not removed from my report. Please see attached documentation.
