Patenaude & Felix APC on behalf of Plaintiff - -, A Delaware Statutory Trust ( S ), submitted a lawsuit against me in an effort to collect on an alleged loan account that they claim was funded by -.. I never had such a loan account. I did have a loan account through - that was funded through - aka - aka -. I contacted both -, -A. and -. to find that no loan accounts with -. that they reference in their law suit exists. The loan account number is illegitamate and does not even meet the character limit for account numbers at -. Furthermore, -. does not service private loans and only does checking accounts, savings & CD accounts, Auto loan accounts, Credit cards and Mortgage accounts. They do not offer personal loan accounts such as the one referenced. The Plaintiff has manufactured an illegitimate Loan Agreement and Note of Disclosure with - as the creditor and myself as the borrower. THIS IS ILLEGAL and it 's been a terror to fight in a legal platform that I am uneducated in and do not have the financial ability to retain legal counsel to fight. Please assist.
