Ref # : DEBT RECOVERY SOLUTIONS has report this account account as open - -, - Open Account # - $240.00 Balance - Original Creditor $240.00 High Balance - -, - Opened Date - - -, - Last Reported I would like to dispute the item noted above on my credit report I have made every attempt to obtain information related to this item reflected above that is being reported on my credit report under the name Debt Recovery Solutions. Between the original creditor and the agency noted in this dispute the original creditor provided me with - other companies that they assigned their debt collections too and still no one has any knowledge of this debt. As a result, I have not been able to verify the following : 1. Original date of service, account number & place of service/provider 2. The original creditor does not have the account number, nor information as to who the debt is owed to yet they have assigned it to


3. I 've contacted " Debt Recovery Solutions '', 4 times via phone regarding this matter over a 60 day span and was told by the call center rep. that a request to have the item remove would be forwarded to the manger. As of - -, -, upon reviewing my credit report I notice that Debt Recovery Solutions recently update my credit report on - - as an outstanding collection item reflecting $240.00. I then decided to email them so that I could have a form of communication that could be documented. It 's not doubt that the item referenced above is no longer with them yet they still continue to report this debt after I 've brought this to their attention months ago. I 've attached a copy of the email chain. It was only after I call and told them that I would be making this compliant that they respond stating that they would take care of it. I am still filing this compliant because they knowing continued to report false information. This account has not been with them since -, - and the reason. I know is because I 've been asking them for details in order to resolve the matter yet they would not respond.
