Medical Disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received
Allied Collection Services, Inc. (Nevada) Debt collection department,
Medical Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received Nevada
I sent a certified letter to Allied collections as they were reporting on my credit report. After doing so I received a reply from them that they had verification from the original creditor that the debt was valid. I asked for " validation '' not verification. In response I received medical information which violates HIPAA as I do not have a signed consent with this collection agency.
