I owed a final balance to - - - located in -, Wa. which was paid in full. The condo company sent the debt to National Credit Systems in - to collect on the debt. After explaining to NCS that I had paid the debt, provided verified payment from a check that - - cashed, had - - contact NCS, they still have my account open and affecting my credit score.
