I am TRYING to get the original loan documents because : 1. I want to find out WHEN these loans are PAID OFF ( I am under the impression it is a fifteen ( 15 ) year loan and have been told ( docs attached ) of the MINIMUM payment required to PAY OFF these loans ( there are - LOANS ) I NEED to know the following : 1 ). what do I have to pay MONTHLY in order to pay these off. I am currently paying $890.00 total for BOTH loans and need to know the pay off date based on this payment. 2 ) I was told the interest rate would be REDUCED if I had AUTOMATIC MONTHLY PAYMENTS but am getting evidence to the contrary.


AS I WAS TOLD THIS WAS A FIFTEEN ( 15 ) YEAR LOAN WITH INTEREST AND PRINCIPAL. 4 ) WHAT is the ACTUAL principal for each loan? I have called and asked WELLS FARGO SEVERAL TIMES and am NOT getting the information I need. They tell me I am not authorized to speak on behalf of my daughter, - - BUT SHE SIGNED an authorization to allow me to speak on her behalf. I need clarification. I am NOT getting this from Wells Fargo. I need the ORIGINAL LOAN documents for - LOANS, which I do not have and they are NOT CO-OPERATING in providing these documents. I have paid this EVERY SINGLE MONTH, ON TIME, with AUTO PAY every month since -. I Want a pay off date and amount required EACH MONTH to attain this goal.
