Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay North Carolina

I have asked the company to send a statement of how much I owe in order for me to make payments on the account. The creditor stated that by law they are not require to send me a statement with the balance on it and that I was aware of how much I owed. I advised the agent that I did not know how much I have remained on the account. The agent was very nasty and advised me that they would come and take the vehicle that they have a second lien on it. I asked the agent to communicate to me in writing and to cease and desist calls. I am victim of hurricane - that occurred in - County North Carolina. My stepdaughters loss their home and everything they have. I was without lights for 6 days and water for 2 weeks. The company called after I spoke with them in - or - and advised to contact me by mail. I advised the agent I know of the debt and will make payment as soon as I could. The agent began stating again that she would come and take the vehicle because they have a lien on it. I advised her I could not pay anything at this moment because I have been out of work for 2 weeks now and did n't know when I could return back to work due to the hurricane. The agent advised me that the hurricane was two weeks ago and I knew I had the debt before the hurricane occurred. I advised the agent once again not call my phone anymore because I had on a previous conversation advised her to cease and desist all calls. I hung up the phone at that time I felt she was trying to intimidate me the agent called right back and stated that the agency would garnish my wages. I asked her again to not call my phone and I hung up again.
