U.S. Bancorp Consumer Loan department,
Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Washington
on -/-/2016 I received a email from a company claiming to be - - - and they were to be loaning me $5000.00. It was to be a installment loan that I was to payback in monthly installments over a 10 month period. They loaned me no money and instead cleaned out my bank account of $2000.00. I have contacted the local police and the FBI and the company has disappeared.
I was n't aware that this check was deposited until my Bank US bank Informed me and said it was a ficitious check. US Bank has closed my account due to fraud which I understand but they also have tacked on at least $100.00 in nsf fees and US Bank is wanting me to repay them the amount of the check along with the fees they included. This has caused me a great financial hardship. It is obvious that I have been scammed and do not have the funds to repay US Bank. They are threatening to take legal action against me. If there is any advice or help you can give me to get this resolved I would gladly accept. I am a - - old single woman. SIncerely ; - - - my email address is -- my phone # is - i do have documents to support these actions.
