In - I disputed a debt with - for $680.00 as it was referred to collections at IC Systems. IC Systems was suppose to investigate however - failed to respond to them. Even though IC Systems has been unable to validate the debt, they continue debt collection efforts in violation of the law and has reported to my credit.
